One of the most impressive yachts in her class, Cakewalk was built for an incredibly exacting owner, resulting in this piece of pure maritime luxury.
Bigger is better
This behemoth stands at a staggering 86m, and houses six decks on which there’s sure to be no shortage of luxury. Initially built to satisfy her owner’s desire to hold larger tenders than his previous yacht, Cakewalk is one of the very largest boats of her kind to be built in the United States, only surpassed at the time of building by J.P Morgan’s famous Corsair IV.
Let’s get down to numbers
At a hefty 2998 tons, Cakewalk is, by volume, the largest ever yacht launched in the United States. She’s got power to match her size too, boasting a 5000 nautical mile range at an excellent 15 knots. She also sleeps 14 guests in 7 cabins, so there’s no shortage of space if you’re looking to entertain through the night. Cakewalk is valued at a tremendous €119 million by Yachtmasters, and for that you’d be getting a whole lot of boat for your buck.
The luxury of space
A truly impressive six decks mean that there’s plenty of space for entertaining, lounging, and so much more. With a cinema, gymnasium, spa and recreation salon, amongst other rooms, there’s every chance you’ll lose yourself in this superlative super yacht.
Palatial interiors
Cakewalk’s luxurious interiors match her excellent Tim Heywood designed exterior, with a spiralling staircase regally connecting four of the six decks. The guest rooms’ tiny portholes have been replaced by large, picturesque windows, and the vessel’s luxury is epitomised by the dining salon’s recessed ceilings and painted canvasses. This is a palace at sea.
Uniquely stylish tenders
This super yacht comes with three custom made and designed tenders, all of which are well sized. Lucky charterers will have the choice of the Vikal limousine, the 10m Intrepid, or the 100th Anniversary model of the Riva Cento, ensuring you land on shore with just as much panache as you enter its waters.
