Therefore if you don’t want to be associated with this image, or in most peoples case you don’t have budget, then the Roederer Brut Premier is a serious non-vintage Champagne for you. It is deliciously rich with an overt fruitiness and has nutty, yeasty notes. The finish is long, complex and rewarding. Côtes du Rhône 2009 Vidal-Fleury, From the vineyard of the Guigal family, this Côtes du Rhône is made using traditional techniques with modern equipment. With brilliant colour and bramble fruits and heady spice on the nose, this is a classic Rhône. It has a medium-bodied palate that has snappy red fruit surrounded by persistent tannins.
