Inside Will Arnett’s extremely tasteful $22.5m Beverly Hills hideaway

Warm, glorious and almost rustic-looking, the comedian’s refined abode is worthy of a centrefold

The actor Will Arnett – best known for his roles in Blades of Glory and Arrested Development, and also beloved for his baritone voice that’s used to great effect as Lego Batman – has recently put his batcave up for sale: a warm, refined build, defined by sleek lines and set in Beverly Hills. Arnett first picked up this abode in 2021, and is looking to make a tidy profit on it, having bought it for $16.4m and now listing it for $22.5m. It’s in close proximity to tech magnate Jeff Bezos’s sprawling estate, and calls upon nearly half an acre of land. In terms of the exterior, it’s secured by a 25ft entry wall, there’s a garage with room for three cars (insert Batmobile pun), and there’s a modernist-cum-chalet spirit thanks to the use of bleached wood and light-hued brick.

Inside, you’ll find six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, glass walls, hardwood floors, beige tones and space that calls for your occupancy. For cooking enthusiasts, there’s a centre island in the kitchen, and the eye is drawn to the backsplash wall made of marble. We also appreciate that there’s a humungous couple’s shower area to enjoy. Along with the usual suspects – a screening room and a gaming room – there’s a sound booth, ideal for podcast hopefuls. It being Los Angeles and all, the back area is home to a cold plunge, sauna, meditation area and vegetable garden.
