With and all-star cast (Morgan Freeman, Gerald Butler and Aaron Eckhart), the sequel to Olympus Has Fallen follows a group of terrorists hell-bent on getting to some of the most important World Leaders as they meet up in London. Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ll have heard of this. With the next episode hitting Netflix is a number of weeks, you’d better play catch up this weekend. The story follows a low-level member of the American Cabinet after a devastating attack on the night of the State of the Union address claims the lives of the president and most of the Cabinet, the Housing and Urban Development secretary. He’s promoted to the position if leader of the free world and the story unfolds from here. We can’t recommend this one enough, particularly because it sees Kiefer Sunderland return to our screens. The brand-new and highly anticipated second season has finally hit our screens and we can’t recommend it more highly. Wealth and corruption collide in one of the best and most intense series we’ve seen in a long time. Starring Damian Lewis and Paul Giamatti, the intense finale of the last episode in the first season left us on the edge of our seats for a few long months and the latest episode definitely didn’t disappoint. New to Amazon Prime, this incredible film (based on true events) is one that should be on every gentleman’s must-watch list. Following the life of Christopher Mccandleuss who gives up all of his possessions, burns all of his money and destroys all of his identification documents to go and live alone in the wilderness without anyone or anything. It story is in equal parts truly captivating and incredibly haunting.
The first season of this unique Netflix Original Series was released last week and has since received excellent reviews. Delving deep into the lives of some of the most famous and inspirational designers in the world, the series provides fascinating insight into the process of creation when it comes to the impact these objects have on our daily lives.
