When you attend a Premier League match, you expect to see world-standard talent. And, from Harry Kane to Hugo Lloris, Tottenham Hotspur deliver. But now, the top-tier club are extending their talents off the pitch and into the kitchen – with the appointment of six internationally-renowned chefs.
Forming part of the premium offering at the new stadium – which itself is currently springing up in North London – the chefs will begin their culinary reign over the club in August 2018. But there is much to look forward to.
Bryn Williams and Dipna Anand are the latest two chefs to be announced – joining an already-stellar line up of Michel Roux Jnr, Albert Roux, Emily Roux and Chris Galvin. All the chefs will bring their celebrated cuisines to the prestigious On Four lounges and suites at the venue as the Club aims to redefine the premium experience within football.

From London to Dubai, the six chefs already run a combined 18 restaurants around the world. And the styles are as diverse as the locations: Williams offers up traditional British fare, whilst Anand stirs in a vibrant Indian style of cooking. The Roux family serve classical French cuisine – similar to Galvin’s dishes.
These mouth-watering dishes will be served up in On Four, located on level four of the new stadium, where diners will be provided an unparalleled line-up of esteemed chefs within one sporting venue, allowing guests to enjoy a wide variety of signature dishes originating from all over the globe at matchdays throughout the season.
One of the numerous experiences that can be found On Four is the flagship restaurant and lounge The H Club. Set to become London’s next top Members’ Club, The H Club is situated on the halfway line and offers fantastic views from which to view the action, whilst offering members the chance to enjoy exquisite fine dining and informal brasserie style experiences.
Bryn Williams, who will design and prepare the entire On Four menu and oversee the service delivery at a range of Tottenham Hotspur matches next season said, “It’s incredibly exciting to bring my signature dishes and Britain’s finest produce to the Club’s New Stadium.
“The H Club closely resembles Michelin star restaurants across the globe in everything from the design and atmosphere, to the food that will be served. I’m looking forward to being part of something that takes the food offering at sports and entertainment facilities to another level.”
So get ready to bring together football and fine dining, when the new culinary line up kicks off in 2018.
