These three men should be your new style icons
From the finest tuxedos to the most stylish sneakers, these are your new fashion figureheads
Words: Jonathan Wells
In our modern world of Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and Facebook, it’s not difficult to find fashion inspiration. Our phones are full of feeds and pages saturated with sartorial tips and tricks, but sometimes the choice is just too much.
Gentleman’s Journal, however, have trawled through the bluffers and the wannabes, and picked out a trio of the most worthy men to follow.
This self-proclaimed ‘Editorial Explorer’ lives the life. His travels take him all over the world, and he ensures that he looks dressed to the nines as he does so. Currently exploring Africa, Gallagher’s wardrobe is full of safari touches, but the great thing about his fashion sense is that it changes as he circumnavigates the globe.

Take your inspiration from his pairings; what jacket to wear with what outfit and, most of all, how to use one piece of clothing – be it an overcoat or a leather jacket – in each and every fashion situation you can think of.

Gentleman’s Journal cover star Tinie Tempah is a stalwart of British ‘best-dressed’ lists – and for good reason. His social media may not be dedicated to fashion, the man is primarily a musician after all, but the snippets and flashes of his wardrobe you can see will still inspire you to mix up your wardrobe, and be a little more daring.

Statement jackets, striking eyewear and some of the most exciting shoes around make cameo appearances on Tempah’s feed. And, whilst some of his styles may be a little outlandish for the man on the street, the rapper’s social media is an education in accessorising, colour matching, and when to take a chance.
