Fellows, established in 1876, regularly offer up some of the most varied watch auctions in London. The timepieces they have on offer range from classic time-only pieces to more complex creations from the world’s most storied manufacturers. For May, Fellows auctioneers are hosting one of their most impressive events yet, with over 600 different watch styles and brands on offer for the modern collector. Here is a taste of what’s on offer come May 26.
LOT1: AUDEMARS PIGUET ROYAL OAK DUAL TIME

Made of 18k rose gold, this stunning Royal Oak is an eccentric take on the original sports watch originally created by the Swiss brand in 1972.
Estimate: £8,000 – £12,000
LOT 416: LEMANIA CHRONOGRAPH

Although a relatively unknown brand today, Lemania used to supply to the Fleet Air Arm. This particular example is a naval issue dating back to the 1950s and still features the original NATO stock number on its caseback.
Estimate: £960 – £1,200
LOT 323: ROLEX OYSTER PERPETUAL EXPLORER

The ‘entry-level’ Rolex, this Explorer is an honest example dating back to 2007. With its simple black face, highly-legible dial and steel Oyster bracelet, it’s about as versatile as a watch can get.
Estimate: £1,500 – £2,000
LOT 406: VACHERON CONSTANTIN WRIST WATCH

At first glance this vintage Vacheron appears as a simple dress watch, but the details make all the difference. It features four golden stars on the face – one in each corner – as well as a mixture of circular and squared hour markers on what is an otherwise stark white face.
Estimate: £2,500 – £3,000
