The most luxurious yacht show returns to London

If you like to dabble in the finer things in life, the London Yacht, Jet and Prestige Car Show may well be for you. Taking place annually in April, it transforms Old Billingsgate and St Katharine Docks into a haven of all things luxury, with some of the finest boats and fastest automobiles on show for you to drool over.
Positioned a short walking distance from London’s financial district, the show aims to attract the wealthy elite – and indeed it does. Manufacturers and brands recognise this, and many of the most respected around showcase their latest creations year in, year out. This means you can expect to get up close and personal with cars made by Lamborghini and Aston Martin, as well as yachts by Sunseeker and Riva.
Given that the Geneva Motor Show takes place only weeks before, automotive manufacturers are very keen to show off their new cars. As is so often the case, they’ll bring them over the water to London for the Yacht and Prestige Car Show, as was previously seen with the jaw-dropping Lamborghini Veneno. This year, you can expect to see a number of state-of-the-art machines, including McLaren’s latest effort, the 675LT, Jaguar’s XF V8 uber-saloon, as well as efforts from Mercedes, Noble and Aston Martin.
In terms of yachts, the Princess 98 from Princess Yachts will be on display, while class leader Oyster Yachts will be on-board, unveiling their new 825. It’s expected to be the largest sailing yacht on display at the show and will be on the water at St Katharine Docks. There will, of course, be numerous other yachts on display, so if you’re looking to invest, or if you just want to sample a life of luxury, you shouldn’t miss it.
