For some time the interiors of yachts were all looking a little ‘same-y’ shall we say. Regardless of whose yacht you were on, who the other guests were or what the drinks being served were, once inside it was anyone’s guess whose yacht you were actually on – they all looked almost identical, and beyond the similarities – they were also looking a little dated. But fear not, as this summer prepare to see a host of unique and luxurious interiors aboard the yachts of the season as a new wave super-sleek styles are entering the game. Yacht designs today are looking more like villas on water than claustrophobic water cabins – and more and more owners are prepared to push the boundaries and allow designers to produce big, complicated and exciting projects. We take a look at a few of our favourite interiors.
PARSIFAL III, Remi Tessier design really pulled out all the stops with the interior of Parsifal III. The understated, but still extremely luxurious design and furnishing make this yacht feel more like a 5 star hotel than anything else – and it’s the perfect space for entertaining and partying!

PREDATOR, Bannenberg & Rowell are one of the most famous names in yacht design and have won numerous awards for both interior design and exterior design. They create exacting bespoke design for clients – luxury yachts, residential projects, aircraft interiors and distinctive custom furniture, but it’s the yacht Predator that really takes the biscuit for us. Looking not too dissimilar to a luxurious London flat that one might find in Kensington or Mayfair, the stunning interiors are a real cut above the rest.

GALACTICA STAR, If you’re after something a little more racey for your yacht interior then send your attention to the way of this sleek and sexy interior in Galactica Star. The leading Dutch luxury yacht builder, Heesen Yachts, has an interior more akin to a swanky night club than any other we’ve seen.
