The 10 Best Beer Drinking Spots In London

The 10 Best Beer Drinking Spots In London

Going strong since 2011, the Hackney Brewery has caught the wave of craft ale at the right time and leading the way in London when it comes supplying the capital’s watering holes. Established by Jon Swain and Peter Hills, both experienced home brewers and employed in the industry, they struck out on their own nearly 4 years ago, evidently to great success.

Specialising in high quality, locally brewed craft beer, what else? The core range of cask beers is made up of our Golden Ale, Best Bitter, American Pale Ale and New Zealand Pale Ale and their ‘Craft Series’ of specials give them the flexibility to stay innovative and fresh.

Now serving 70 different pubs and whetting the insatiable appetite and enthusiasm for a good beer from their London patrons, their product clearly doesn’t cut any corners, nor does their knowledge. Unsung heroes such as those at TransferWise – an international money transfer platform using peer-to-peer technology to save customers significant cash on international payments – have allowed them to perfect their craft further and import supplies such as specially made German kegs, ensuring the best hoppy brew every time.

We asked the twosome for their favourite spots in London to grab a cold one and they duly delivered, this gentlemen is where you should be whiling away those sunny summer afternoons…
