STYLE – The Hottest Men’s SS14 Trend
Words: Violet
The weather isn’t the only thing heating up this month, with the change in season comes a change in trends, and one SS14 trend that was impossible to miss at the collections was the sunset-coloured hues that paraded down the runways.
THE TREND,

From burnt orange to plum and bright yellow, it looks like it’s going to be a sunshine-filled season, even if the weather doesn’t hold. If the thought of ditching your usual blues, greys and blacks in favour off this fiery trend then fear not, as there are plenty of ways to dip your toe into the trend without going all out orange or yellow.
RUNWAY INSPIRATION, The menswear designers that really caught our eye last year at the SS14 collections were those who took a more refined approach to the trend. Whilst a neon yellow biker jacket with purple shorts might work for the concept store owners of Hoxton and Dalston, we think that it’s best to keep it tailored. Look to the likes of Savile Row’s Richard James (centre), or rulers of the runway, Gucci (left) and Vivienne Westwood (right) for suits in the colour trend – wear with confidence, rain or shine.
