STYLE – Sam Riley Is The Face Of Ermenegildo Zegna AW 14

The sun may only just be making itself known again in London this week, but already the fashion world are onto the next season all together. With the release of several autumn winter 2014 campaigns coming our way at the moment, we simply had to share this one from Ermenegildo Zegna featuring the actor Sam Riley.

Following the same four consecutive image layout as the previous campaign, the new Zegna images portray, with detached eyes, a world of reference that it’s shaping; “A new leader, a man with charisma, not necessarily connected with the culture of business, but that influences decisions and leads projects to completion”. A man who is more than at ease within the circles in which he operates.

In Spring Summer 2014, Zegna introduced us to the ‘éminences grises’, the man in grey, as a symbol of the Zegna man of excellence, this season we see this multiplied and further reinforced, with his usual formal elegance; the new universe of luxury tailoring is interpreted in the art photography of Inez & Vinoodh and the protagonist, Maleficent actor Sam Riley.
