Style News – Richard James’ latest M&S collection

Savile Row rings loud the words bespoke, exclusive, luxury and expensive which is why, when we heard the two iconic (for very different reasons) names Marks & Spencer and Richard James paired together we raised our eye-brows. This all took place last year when James, Savile Row’s most respected contemporary men’s tailor, announced that he was designing a wallet-friendly range for M&S, yes, M&S the mumsy high-street store. So you can imagine our reaction when we caught word of the news that James has taken the collaboration one step further with a complete Spring collection, featuring classically cut linen suits among other must-haves.

The best part is that James’ trademark cuts, colours and cuffs have all been worked seamlessly into the collection, making this one of the most prized collections this Spring. For once you don’t have to be a high-flying businessman to make the purchase, simply a gent with an eye for style. Our top pick is the Pure Linen 2 Button Hopsack Jacket seen here above.

The Savile Row Inspired collection starts at £29.90. Available at marksandspencer.com
