Located on quiet, tree-lined George Street, a stone’s throw from the renowned shopping and dining destinations of Marylebone High Street, 100 George Street comprises a collection of 41 contemporary, Georgian-inspired residences and amenities, which are due to open in the spring of 2025.
The first show apartment in the Hopkins Architects-designed building was recently unveiled by globally renowned developer Native Land. The two-bedroom, 1,157 sq ft apartment is dressed by London-based interior design studio Chapman Eugène, whose calm and considered design is translated through shaded tones, gentle colours and the layering of natural materials and textures. These neutrals allow for statement furniture pieces and characterful art to add distinct personality – from a custom-made dining table made using locally sourced marble to dramatic photographs by London-based photographer Stuart Redler.
All residences feature Silver Travertine bathrooms and Grey Quartzite kitchen worktops with sawn oak veneer joinery and Miele appliances, with most apartments featuring an Arabescato marble fireplace. Holistic wellbeing is at the core of the 100 George Street experience: In addition to a discreet 24-hour concierge and security, residents have access to a carefully considered suite of social spaces, also designed by Chapman Eugène. These comprise a state-of-the-art fitness studio, treatment room and sauna, library, residents’ lounge and meeting room.
