Words: Gentleman's Journal
If you haven’t already seen this, the Veneno is Lamborghini’s latest model unveiled at the Geneva motor show. As you can most probably tell by the looks it’s not cheap, to tell you the truth it’s not just expensive either, it is astronomically expensive at £2.6million plus tax, however if you can afford it, then your chances of getting one are slim, as only three are being made. It has been created for the supercar maker’s 50th anniversary and is reportedly based on the Aventador. It features a 6.5-litre V12 with four-wheel drive and a seven-speed auto box. The most astonishing statistic is the whopping 740bhp, which produces 220mph and a 0-62 under three seconds. On the outside the styling can only be described as aggressive and has remarkably similar qualities to that of a fighter jet or a Batmobile. Each flap, wing and fin has been made using reinforced carbon fibre. To say powerful would be an understatement. lamborghini.com
