These are the most photographed places in the world

The internet is a wonderful thing; full of incredible, often mind-blowing images that make us want to up and leave at the click of a finger and travel the world. The trouble is that often a lot of photos are incredibly cliché and hard to tell apart; the Eiffel Tower and the Taj Mahal, although undoubtedly two incredibly beautiful and iconic buildings, instantly spring to mind here. Apparently, as a population, we took more than 1 trillion photos in 2015. That’s a hell of a lot. We also now take more photographs in two minutes than were taken in the whole of the 19th century. So with this many photographs floating around cyber space, would you have guessed that these 10 places made the cut for the most photographed places in the world?
