Yesterday, a teaser trailer for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 was released and it is already whipping fans into a complete frenzy. The clip features a sinister President Snow (Donald Sutherland) as he addresses Panem following what looks like developments in the uprising, the seeds of which were planted in the last Hunger Games instalment, Catching Fire.
The clip also sees Peeta Mellark, played by Josh Hutcherson, standing steadfast yet expressionless beside Snow. As we know, Peeta was captured by The Capital at the end of the last film so it remains to be seen what this has meant for his future.
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 will see all the stars including Jennifer Lawrence, Woody Harrelson, Liam Hemsworth, Stanley Tucci and Elizabeth Banks, return as well as a few new faces including the four time Oscar-nominated Julianne Moore.
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 is set for release on November 21.
