A gentleman’s round-up: Glastonbury 2014
Words: Charlie Gardiner-Hill
Besides the inevitable rain and the obvious celebrity ‘selfies’, we’ve pulled our favourite moments from music’s wildest weekend in the country – Glastonbury 2014.
THE OLD SCHOOL
Dolly Parton might appear to be more fake than a Chinese iPad but there was nothing fake about her performance. Her old classics, including ‘9 to 5’ and ‘Jolene’, won over crowds and critics alike.
THE CROWD PLEASER
Ed Sheeran knows how to get a crowd going. The one-man band displayed technical brilliance and masterful stage presence during his ever-popular set.
THE WEDDING

We don’t know who they are or how they did it, but it must have been a beautiful moment.
THE GIRL

Cressida Bonas, sans Prince Harry, was the talk of the festival reportedly partying with upcoming British actor Will Poulter (now that would be a love triangle) until the early hours. The long-legged beauty kept it casual, wearing quintessential Hunter wellies, functional dungarees and showing off her legs with this oversized t-shirt.
THE TENT

A round of applause, please.
