Directed by the Emmy-nominated Brett Ratner (Prison Break, X-Men: The Last Stand, Rush Hour), Hercules tells the story of the graphic novel of the same name and sees Greek demigod Hercules (Dwayne Johnson) put to the test as he is asked to aid the King of Thrace and his daughter, protecting them from the tyrannical warlord.
The film was originally pegged as reconfiguring the Hercules myth from a legend to a real man. Though looking at the trailer, Ratner’s Hercules still looks pretty superhuman to us.
