Film – American Hustle trailer

Ok, ok, so it’s early days yet. But we’re already looking forward to American Hustle, the latest film from director David O Russell. Rusell’s last film, Silver Linings Playbook, won numerous awards, including an Oscar. It starred Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence, a veritable dream team who reunite in American Hustle alongside Christian Bale and Amy Adams.

We’re excited about it because it just looks fun. American Hustle tells the story of a con artist and his partner in crime, who were forced to work with a federal agent to turn the tables on other cons, mobsters, and politicians – namely, the volatile mayor of impoverished Camden, New Jersey. The trailer shows plenty of dancing, plenty of cash, plenty of booze. American Hustle looks set to be the ultimate cosy winter film.

American Hustle will be released on 25th December 2013.
