Johnnie Walker felt like having a party. This couldn’t be any ordinary party, mind. Oh no. This had to be a seriously amazing party. One that no one would ever forget. So what did they go and do? Get a yacht, obviously. The John Walker & Sons Voyager, gleaming and magnificent, pulled up alongside Tower Bridge this week for a party hosted by Johnnie Walker Blue Label whisky. Guests game to marvel and to enjoy the cool breeze coming off the river. David Gandy arrived James Bond-style, on a speed boat. Of course he did. Meanwhile landlubbers like Issac Ferry (who DJ’d), Charlotte Tilbury and Lord Dalmeny took the safe option and walked the plank onto the vessel. The Hon. Dummond Money-Coutts amused Marissa Montgomery and Lady Natasha Rufus-Isaacs with magic tricks while Jonathan Saunders and Harold Tillman scoped out each others’ outfits. Everyone sipped daintily on Johnnie Walker Blue Label cocktails and a select few stayed on for a dinner hosted by David Gandy and Olivia Cole, the editor of Spectator Life magazine. All aboard!
