Adverts are there to get our attention. And although sometimes we may sit poring over certain print adverts in magazines and video adverts on the television wondering what on earth they were thinking, with each and every advert we see, there has been a hell of a lot of thought behind it. One of the most obvious ways to command the attention of your audience is to shock them and, in this day and age, you have got to go to the extreme to do that.
