Cocktail of the Week – Partridge in a Pear Tree

Yes, it’s only November. Yes, Christmas is still 41 days away. But when it comes to great cocktails, it is never too early to start the festive cheer. The inventive team of bartenders at Harvey Nichols are doing just that with their eclectic Christmas Cocktail List: the 12 Days of Cocktails. Inspired by the famous Christmas carol known (well the first 8 days at least) and loved for generations, the retailer have created a new cocktail to be introduced to the list every day, inspired by and named after the corresponding line from the carol. The first cocktail – Partridge in a Pear Tree – will be launched on 9th December and the event will run till Friday 20th December when all 12 Christmas cocktails will be available. We are starting you off with the first of those cocktails, a zesty blend that is guaranteed to keep you wired through the winter months. Orgeat syrup
Lime juice
Angostura bitters
A pear garnish
The 12 Days of Cocktails list will be available in all Harvey Nichols Bars nationwide from Monday 9 to Friday 20 December.
