Cocktail of The Week: Burns Night

With Burns Night but a mere 24 hours or so away, it’s time to get your cocktails sorted. Whether you celebrate the life and poetry of Robert Burns annually or are putting on a feast in honour of the Scottish poet for the first time this year, as every true Scot will tell you, getting the right drinks on the menu is paramount. INGREDIENTS

50ml Yamazaki 12 year old, Brown Sugar, Vanilla Pod, Cinnamon stick, Orange, Star Anise

METHOD

Pour all ingredients into a balloon glass and Blaze (set alight), then decant into a

second glass to serve.
