

Cocktail of the Week – La Poire de Luxe

Though Christmas is still a couple of months away, the festive season is well and truly upon us and what better way to celebrate than with a delicious and majestic Grey Goose winter cocktail. Designed by Global Ambassador Joe McCanta, La Poire de Luxe fuses ripe fruits with a collage of indulgent flavours to create a perfect harmony of mellow sweetness. An elegant floral creation to happily imbibe on a cold winter’s evening.
La Poire de Luxe
Ingredients
40ml Grey Goose La Poire
20ml XO cognac
50ml pear nectar
1 dash bitters
Grated black truffle
Method
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Shake well and double strain into a small, chilled coupette glass.
Garnish with grated black truffle.
