This week’s cocktail comes courtesy of Disco, the new Charlie Gilkes and Duncan Stirling nightclub in London. The vibe is 1970s Manhattan with authentic vinyl records and only the beautiful people. If you want to have a fun, cheesy night out in London, there is simply nowhere better to go. All the cocktails have fun names, and if you’re lucky you might see Prince Harry spilling out in the early hours. Gilkes and Stirling are the duo behind a whole host of other London hotspots such a Bunga Bunga and Barts. Here’s a taster of one the cocktails on offer at Disco.
I Feel Love…Russian Standard Vodka 50ml,Pear Juice, 100mlOrgeat syrup, 25 ml Lemon juice, 25 ml Garnished with a sprig of rosemaryMuddle rosemary and add all ingredients. Shake well and double strain into a crushed ice filled milk bottle.For more information on Disco visit disco-london.com
