British watchmakers Bremont have collaborated with prestigious whiskey brand Chivas to create 12 stunning timepieces, as well as a limited edition gift tin, housing a bottle of the brown stuff.
The collaboration marks a step forward for both brands, who are both famed for their luxury qualities and dedication to excellence. The Bremont ‘Chivalry’ watches have been created from the ground up, and feature a number of subtle design cues that reference the famed Scottish whisky company.
The Chivas crest has been engraved into the dial, giving it a unique texture and a slight playful character that perfectly blends with the rest of the design. Turn the watch over and you’ll find a piece of oak that has been used in the maturation of the whiskies as well as the signature of John and James Chivas engraved into the rotor. These are all understated touches, which give the watch a sense of character and depth, similar to what you’d find in one of Chivas’ whiskies.
Another part of the collaboration is the Chivas 12 ‘Made for Gentlemen’ by Bremont limited edition gift tin which, with its unique design displaying the complexity of Bremont’s watchmaking prowess, would make a great collector’s item.
