Blancpain’s Engraving Exhibition At Harrods

Until Wednesday 25th of February, Harrods are celebrating Blancpain’s exquisite Fine Watch engraving in it’s freshly opened boutique in the Fine Watch room.

The luxury retailer will be holding an exhibition of exclusive, one-off pieces of Haute Horlogerie. Each of the pieces is engraved with an expert hand, in a range of individual designs ranging from classic landscapes to landmarks from around the globe and sensually erotica designs. A truly stunning collection, any man with even a remote interest in horology should absolutely make time to see.

On Friday 13th and Saturday 14th of February, Blancpain’s Master Engraver, the award-winning Marie-Laure Tarbouriech will also be on hand to showcase her unrivalled skills in the Blancpain boutique. One of France’s best artisans, she will spend just two days only at her workbench in store, displaying her craft as she engraves an outstanding homage to London’s very own Tower Bridge.

A unique event, Harrods are offering a chance to get a glimpse into the complex yet beautiful world of personal, hand-engraved timepieces. As the oldest watchmaker in the world, fewer brands are more qualified than Blancpain to demonstrate this time-honoured artistry.
