The small screen is set to have a big year in 2025, with the return of some of our favourite series (Severance! Euphoria! The White Lotus!) as well as the release of exciting new shows that we already know will have us hooked (A Stephen Graham-fronted crime drama from the mind behind Peaky Blinders, anyone?). These are the TV series we’re most looking forward to in the coming months.

Everyone’s favourite rich-person-abroad satire is back for its third season. Set in Thailand, the new season sees characters portrayed by the likes of Parker Posey, Carrie Coon and Jason Isaacs checking into The White Lotus, where hijinks are guaranteed to ensue. Writer and director Mike White promises “a supersized White Lotus,” telling EW, “It’s going to be longer, bigger, crazier.”

The Studio

Seth Rogen’s new dramedy sees him take on the role of a Hollywood studio executive struggling to keep up in the new streaming-heavy TV and film landscape. A+ for relevance, especially given that it’s set to stream on Apple TV+... It also stars Olivia Wilde, Catherine O’Hara and Kathryn Hahn.
Your Friends and Neighbours
Release date: 11 April
Jon Hamm dons his finest Mad Men-esque attire for this con-man thriller in which he plays a recently-divorced-and-fired hedge fund manager who turns to stealing from his wealthy neighbours to maintain the lifestyle he and his family have become accustomed to. How long until he gets caught? And what will he discover about his neighbours in the process?
Black Rabbit
