Behind the Brand: Hugs & Co

Behind the Brand: Hugs & Co

Since it’s inception in 2012, Hugs & Co has been creating beautifully crafted loafers and moccasins at an affordable price.

Hugs and Co were set up by London-based brothers Benjie and Hugo Davis when they realised that there was a shortage in well made and stylish loafers that didn’t empty the discerning gentleman’s wallet. In order to find good quality loafers, you had to be prepared to spend vast sums of money.

“We found that well made shoes in these styles were only available at very high prices. If you wanted to wear driving loafers every day you needed to either buy a very poor quality product or risk wearing out a highly expensive pair on a regular basis. We believe our brand and our products solve this problem for people who love wearing great loafers every day.”

Benjie and Hugo managed to solve this problem by creating an inspired range of loafers in a vast range of colours and styles that are affordable as well as hugely durable. Each shoe is skilfully crafted, lined using the highest quality leather, adding not only to the durability of the shoe but also ensuring the utmost degree of comfort.

Available in an extensive range of both styles and colours, there’s a shoe suitable from even the most flamboyant of characters. Hugs & Co has recently expanded their range of colours as well as launching an elegant and stylish women’s range.

A pair of Hugs & Co loafers would make the ideal gift this Christmas, the classical and timeless appeal of these shoes, as well as their versatility, make them a must-have footwear for both men and women.
