Whilst you wouldn’t think twice about investing in a few new pieces to update your wardrobe come the new season, the same cannot always be said about fragrances; a shame really. A man’s scent forms an intrinsic part of his overall style and you shouldn’t be letting yours languish; rejuvenate your signature scent with one of this year’s new fragrance releases.
TOM FORD GREY VÉTIVER
Grey Vétiver is the fragrant embodiment of his revered menswear line and originally released in 2009, Tom Ford has reworked the traditionally evening fragrance into something more daytime appropriate. The original was deep and woody and while the base-notes have been retained, the citrus aromas have been upped for a lighter, less-evening-like scent.

PASHA DE CARTIER ÉDITION NOIRE
Previously launched as a limited edition back in 2013, Pasha De Cartier Édition Noire was so successful it has been added to the permanent collection with a 30th March release. Modern, urban and masculine due to the green, citrusy freshness in combination with the depth of amber and cedarwood, there’s an intenseness that makes the fragrance an instant classic.

DUNHILL ICON
Aromatic with a balance of woody and spicy tones, Dunhill have created a fragrance that’s timeless and sophisticated. Notes of black pepper, lavender and cardamom over a base of vétiver, leather, oak moss and smoky oud, make for a fragrance fitting over its name. Dunhill Icon due for release 30th March.

MONT BLANC EMBLEM INTENSE
Mont Blanc have followed up their Emblem fragrance with a eponymous predecessor. Due for release nationwide from the 4th May, Emblem Intense is stronger than the original with a woody, oriental, spicy scent. Made up of notes of Pomarose, Nutmeg, cinnamon, rare woods and velvet suede. It’s aromatic and sensual, an ideal evening fragrance.

CARTIER VÉTIVER BLEU
Balancing a degree of gentleness with a serious undertone, Cartier Vétiver Bleu combines freshness with warm woody aromas. With icy menthol and mint accents infused with vétiver and blended with liquorice, the result is a fresh masculine fragrance perfect for the spring transition.
