3 ways to wear: The Navy Suit
Words: Charlie Thomas
We all know by now that a gentleman never looks better than when wearing a fine tailored suit. It’s one of the first investments a man should make and, if chosen well, can be worn for a multitude of occasions over a number of years. When choosing one, go for a notch-lapel, two buttoned suit, which will ensure its versatility is second to none, making it suitable for the office, the bar, weddings and pretty much everything in between. Here’s how to make the most of it.
OUTFIT 1: BUSINESS READY, , The navy suit is more than appropriate for every day office wear, and can be accessorised to your particular needs and tastes. When paired with black leather monk straps, a crisp white shirt and tie combination, and a killer briefcase in the form of this crocodile example by Bottega Veneta, you’ll be ready to tackle anything the day throws at you.

OUTFIT 2: THE NIGHT OUT, , This is a great example of how one can dress down the suit. It still retains its formal foundations, but by adding a 1950s style collared shirt and brown leather desert boots, it takes on a much more laid-back aesthetic, which is perfect for an evening in a swanky restaurant or bar.
